Korean Stir Fry


1 -1.5 lbs ground beef (Gilcrest, of course)

2T oil (olive or canola)

½ cabbage, chopped

3 ribs celery, chopped

½ large onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

4 carrots, sliced thinly


Brown beef, then add oil & vegetables (cabbage last) and cook until tender.  Add tamari or soy sauce to taste while cooking and then serve over rice.
